As I have mentioned previously, Kylie launched a new collection in collaboration with her sister Khloe Kardashian and it was sold out within minutes (just like most of her other collections). But this particular collection, Koko, was so much in demand that she restocked it many times, but this time, she has made it permanent. Earlier it was a set of three lipsticks and one gloss, but now, they will be sold separately. I am review the shade “Khlo$” in this post.

My Experience with Kylie Cosmetics Khlo$ Koko Collection Liquid Lipstick:
Unlike Kylie’s other liquid lipsticks, this one comes in a beautiful rose gold tube with transparent front cut-out from where you can spot the actual color of the lipstick. The name of the shade is printed on the bottom of the tube and the applicator is a standard doe-foot one.
I am not a huge fan of Kylie lipsticks because they feel dry on my lips, but this liquid lipstick is much more comfortable on the lips than any other liquid lipstick from her permanent line.
“Khlo$” is a neutral brown n*de color which is perfect for everyday wear and will suit a wide range of skin tones. The consistency of this liquid lipstick is quite thin and pigmented. You need a single swipe to achieve full coverage. I felt the formula on this collection has been improved and it doesn’t settle into the fine lines of my lips. It does not feel patchy at all.
Kylie lipsticks smell like cake batter, but every time, I smell this lipstick, I feel like eating it!
It takes less than a minute for the lipstick to dry down completely matte and has a slight tackiness to it, but it’s definitely transferproof once it’s fully dry. I wouldn’t say that these were not drying at all, I still need to add a little bit of lip balm underneath prior to application. It does cling on to dry patches of my lips, so prepping the lips prior to application is needed.
Khlo$ lasts for 7 to 8 hours on me and it’s hard to take it down – the best way to take it off is by using olive oil.
