My Experience with L.A. Colors Iced Pigment Powder Glisten:

Packaging:
L.A. Colors Iced Pigment Powder comes in a gorgeous eye-catching mini pot. The pot has a metallic cap, which actually represents the shade. This mini container has a nice shape and it looks super cute. The pot has some holes which help extract the pigment. I absolutely love this packaging but it leads to a little product wastage.

Shade and Pigmentation:
The shade Glisten is a gorgeous reddish-bronze shade and it looks so nice on the eyes. It looks a little darker in the swatch but looks reddish and pretty on the eyes. I love this beautiful copper shade as it will flatter all skin tones. It is also a perfect shade for parties.

This shade contains micro shimmer particles which provide a nice metallic shine to the eyes but it does not look OTT. This shade is highly pigmented and you won’t require a lot of swipes. You can get a more subtle look by blending the pigmented a little extra. Hence, you can easily adjust the intensity of this pigment.

Texture and Quality:
Initially, it looks like a textured loose pigment powder but it turns super smooth and smooth, like an eye shadow, once you start blending it on your eyes. I take some pigment out on a tray and then apply it with a flat brush. I can apply it with a dry or wet brush and even with my fingers.

The formula feels light and comfortable. The texture is very smooth and silky, hence it blends
effortlessly with other shades and gives an even finish to eye makeup looks. This pigment has a nice frosted metallic finish, which looks very attractive on the eyes and gives a nice definition.

I feel the quality is very nice and soft. Hence, it never feels patchy or dry on the eyes. It has a flawless shiny look. It doesn’t crease or create a mess. Such eye pigments fall out a lot during application, hence I prefer to do my eye makeup first. Otherwise, I might end up with shimmer all over my base makeup.

Staying Power:
Coming to the staying power, this pigment lasts super long on the eyes – almost around 8 hours. It doesn’t spread on my face and stays nicely in its place. Also, it is quite easy to wipe off and shimmers don’t create any mess. My eyes are sensitive and still this pigment has never irritated them.
