Hi all!
Today I’ll be sharing an eye shadow palette. I got 5 of these palettes and I’m super happy with my purchase. Let’s review this palette!

Price: I got for just a dollar!
Ingredients List:

My Experience with L.A. Colors Mesmerize Metallic Eye Shadow Palette:
Packaging: This eye shadow palette comes in a black plastic packaging with a clear plastic lid. You can easily spot these palettes due to the clear plastic. It also comes with a dual ended brush. The back side of the palette shows the ingredients list and some other information. The packaging isn’t that sturdy so you have to be careful about it. Overall it is sleek and convenient.
Colors/Pigmentation: These shadows do not have any name to them so we will just refer to them as shade 1, 2 etc. Initially I thought this would be a nice palette with vibrant colors. But when I opened it and swatched it, they turned out to be a bit dull. Nonetheless, I like the colors, but I would have loved it if it were a bit brighter.
Shade 1: This is a very beautiful champagne gold color. It is perfect for Indian skin tone. It’s a soft muted gold color with lots of shimmer.
Shade 2: This is again a muted and dull green with shimmer.
Shade 3: This shade can be described as a smoked out purple shade. I like this shade!
Shade 4: This one is very similar to one of the colors in ‘Stormy’ palette. It’s a smoked blue-grey color.
Shade 5: This one is a silver color but it gravitates towards smoke-black shade.
These shades are very nicely pigmented and you do not need a lot of the eye shadow. A little goes a long way. They can be easily built up.
Texture: What I like about this palette is their smooth and creamy texture. They blend in very easily and do not crease on the lids. The eye shadows aren’t that powdery and there is just a tiny bit fallout, but for just a dollar, I think that’s really bearable!
Staying Power: These shadows last on my lids for about 4 hours without a primer. I guess a primer would increase the staying power by 1-2 hours at least.
