L.A. Colors Sweet Wishes Jumbo Eye Pencil Review

Today, I will be reviewing my second favorite makeup product from the humongous haul that I did – it’s the jumbo eye pencil from LA Colors. I went crazy and got myself 5 of these.  Here’s the detailed review on the shade “Sweet Wishes.”

My Experience with L.A. Colors Sweet Wishes Jumbo Eye Pencil:

Packaging: These jumbo eye pencils come in thick, matte black pencil form. It has a plastic cap to protect it. The body has the ingredients and name of the product printed in white. The other end of the pencil has been painted the same shade as the eye pencil. The pencil looks cute and chubby. It isn’t that big, so you can carry it in your makeup pouches easily.

Color/Pigmentation:  “Sweet Wishes” is a beautiful silver color which looks like gun metal color. I really love this color so much, so I had to pick it up. The shade has shimmer to it which looks really lovely on dark eyes. You can use these eye pencils as an eye shadow base too. The pigmentation of these eye pencils is really good. Only one stroke is required to get the beautiful gun metal color on to the eyes. It brightens up your eyes if you put some product on your inner corners too. The pigmentation is buildable.

Texture: These eye pencils are super creamy and glide on without any trouble on the eyelids as well as on the waterline. You do not feel the shimmer and since it is smooth and creamy, it is very easy to blend if you are using it as an eye shadow or as an eye shadow base. Either ways, it makes your eyes pretty and innocent!

Staying Power:  These eye pencils stay on for a pretty long time; does smudge a little bit, but it still doesn’t make my eyes look bad! It fades after 3-4 hours and it doesn’t leave all the shimmer behind!

Pros of L.A. Colors Sweet Wishes Jumbo Eye Pencil:

• Nice packaging.
• Beautiful gun metal color.
• Can be used as an eye pencil, eye shadow base or even as an eyeshadow.
• Smooth and creamy texture.
• Very well pigmented.
• Stays on for quite long.
• Suits all skin tones.

Cons of L.A. Colors Sweet Wishes Jumbo Eye Pencil:

• Not easily available in India.
