L.A. Colors Wine and Roses 5 Color Metallic Eyeshadow Palette Review

Today I’ll be sharing an eye shadow palette with you all. I got 5 of these palettes and I’m super happy with my purchase. Let’s start with this one!

My Experience with L.A. Colors Wine and Roses 5 Color Metallic Eyeshadow Palette:

Packaging: This eye shadow palette comes in a black plastic packaging with a clear plastic lid. You can easily spot these palettes due to the clear plastic. It also comes with a dual ended brush. The back side of the palette shows the ingredients list and some other information. The packaging isn’t that sturdy so you have to be careful about it. Overall, it is sleek and convenient.

Colors/Pigmentation: I was most excited about this palette because it has some really awesome colors. These shadows do not have any name to them so we will just refer to them as shade 1, 2 etc.

Shade 1: This one is a creamy-white color with a light purple reflect to it. I am not a fan of this color, but it looks nice.
Shade 2: This shade is a gorgeous rose gold color that has a little brown in it. Not a perfect rose gold, but a very beautiful color.
Shade 3: Up next, this is a sibling of the previous shade and has some more brown to it. It can be described as a deep rose gold color.
Shade 4: This is a light brown shade with a lot of gold shimmers. It looks beautiful when light falls on this shade. It has some pink hint to it, which makes it a very unique shade.
Shade 5: This shade is pretty difficult to describe. It has some smoked purple, rose gold and brown hints. I love this shade.

These shades are very nicely pigmented and you do not need a lot of the eye shadow. A little goes a long way. They can be easily built up.

Texture: What I like about this palette is its smooth and creamy texture. All the shades blend in very easily and do not crease on the lids. These eyeshadows aren’t powdery and there is no fallout!

Staying Power: These shadows last on my lids for about 4 hours without a primer. I guess, a primer would increase the staying power by 1-2 hours at least.

• Not easily available in India, and if available, the prices are hiked!
