My Experience with L.A. Girl GP317 Lilac Endless Semi-Permanent Auto Eyeliner:
The eyeliner comes in a plastic retractable pencil. The pencil is glossy black in colour with the product details mentioned on it in silver colour. It has a color-coded base and a cap, of the same colour as the eyeliner. Hence, this color-coded packaging helps in spotting the shade easily. The easily retractable pencil saves you from messy sharpening sessions. The cap fits very securely. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel-friendly.
Now, coming to the shade of this eyeliner, it is a nice shade of purple. It does contain shimmers, and shimmers give a nice metallic finish. This is such a beautiful shade, which is perfect for evening parties or night outs. I totally love the colour of this eyeliner. I already own a few shades from this range. I was quite impressed with the texture of these eyeliners. But, this one did not turn out to be great for me.
It does have a nice & creamy formula hence, it becomes quite difficult to apply the eyeliner. I don’t know if this is the issue with this shade or I have received an old product. It causes too much tugging and pulling of the eyelids. So, it becomes very difficult for me to apply the eyeliner. The eyeliner is decently pigmented, but still I need at least two coats for the colour to pop. It is waterproof. I splashed some water on my face and the eyeliner did not come off at all. So, it is totally waterproof and smudge-proof.
To take the eyeliner off, I need a good eye makeup remover. It cannot be removed by just washing off. The staying power of these eyeliners is great. This one stays on for more than 6 hours on my oily eyelids without any fading or cracking. Overall, this variant did not turn out to be great only due to its texture.

No to both. Everything is great except the texture, which is a major aspect for an eyeliner because nobody wants to hurt the sensitive eye area.
