Since long, I have been searching a good white eyeliner. I wanted to buy the NYX liquid white liner but couldn’t able to find it, so I picked the L.A Girl Line Art Matte Eyeliner in the shade Pure White. Now, let’s get into the review.

My Experience with L.A. Girl Line Art Matte Eyeliner Pure White:
L.A Girl Line Art Matte Eyeliner pen comes in nice secure plastic outer packaging with lots of information written over it. Actually, it looks like a beautiful pure white pen with a cap. It is a triangular shaped pen and due to its shape, it is quite easy to hold it perfectly. Also, the cap secures the tip perfectly. It is pretty safe to carry around and light weight too. It has a very fine felt tip applicator that works super smoothly and it is easy to draw a sharp precise winged liner with it and it takes only a few minutes to create a perfect line.
The shade ‘Pure White’ is actually a beautiful fresh white color and it looks decently pigmented on eyes as well. It gives a nice brightness to the eyes and is perfect to do some creative eye look with it. A white pen liner is not a daily wear shade but it is a perfect one to create something different and also you can use such shades on your inner corners to brighten up your eyes. It requires one to two strokes for the nice color pay off and you can build up the color as well.
The liner has a thin consistency that glides easily on eyes without any tugging. The application process is smooth and easy that I never face any problem to draw thick to thin lines with it. Due to its thin applicator, it can easily create fine lines and the consistency is perfect for that. It also dries out quickly. But, the formula is a little sticky and if I touch it, it feels little odd. Though it doesn’t create any problems, still it is not expected. It never feels heavy on eyes and looks quite nice also. But, sometimes it doesn’t glide evenly, so I need to correct it. I picked this one up to create some creative makeup looks but, somehow, I am feeling now that I should have gone for a liquid one. Such pen liner is good to create lines only. I can’t create anything I want.
Now, it is matte eyeliner and it settles into a nice semi matte texture, but it takes some time to turn into a full matte texture. Luckily, this product doesn’t transfer or smudge badly, so it is a nice smudge-spoof and transfer-proof liner which never flakes or peels off from eyes. But, it does fade with touching or rubbing eyes. Yet, it never looks messy. Also, it never irritated my eyes. But, the formula is not waterproof at all. It melts with water badly and totally disappears after that.
This liner stays on my oily lids for around 4 hours, which is not that long and after this time period, it starts to look faded. I need a strong base for it to last long. But, after a couple of hours, it starts to look faded a lot. Also, as it is not waterproof, so it moves from my water corners easily. Sometimes, it looks a little messy on corners as well. I can’t call it a long lasting one. If I don’t touch my eyes, it lasts well. Also, it is very easy to remove the liner.
Overall, it is an average product. It is decently pigmented, still, the pigmentation could have been better. Also, the color looks quite faded after a few hours and, the last thing, it is quite an expensive product and according to its quality and everything, I don’t think it is really worth a buy.

I will not repurchase it, and as it’s an expensive product, so I am not highly recommending this.
