The amazing formula and the beautiful shades of the Flat Finish Pigment Gloss tempted me to buy another beautiful shade called Frisky. I am really happy to have these glosses (though, these are super matte) in my life. Without further delay, let us jump right into the review.

My Experience with LA Girl Frisky Matte Flat Finish Pigment Gloss:
I must say these are the lippies for matte lovers. These are superbly pigmented and their non drying matte formula is something like a dream come true. Frisky is beautiful tomato red color, which is meant for every skin tone and thankfully I made a right choice. It may not please to the beauties, who like to have a sheen finish or glossy finish. Due to it’s mousse texture, it glides like a butter on lips but one has to very quick while application as it dries fast with no sheen. Also, it do not transfer once it dries down. Being a bold shade, it do not highlight the lines on my lips. It do not dry out my lips, even after several hours of application and felt very light on lips.
Packaging:
It is a jumbo, see through, tube packaging with black screw cover over it. The color of the tube is true to the lip color inside . It has doe foot applicator, which is very rigid and is a pro for me as most of the liquid lip color has very fragile doe foot applicator. The applicator carries enough product to cover the entire lip. The cap screws tight and there is no spillage of product, which make it travel friendly. The name and shade code is printed on the tube itself.
Texture:
Frisky has very smooth mousse like texture, which do not tug on the lips. In general, liquid lip colors are quite easy to apply, but dries quickly. One has to be fast while working with these lippies. The doe foot applicator provides the precise application . I do not understand, why this range is called gloss as these are not at all glossy by any mean.
Pigmentation:
The pigmentation is something that has to be applauded, it is really out the world. These lippies are superbly pigmented. Just one swipe gives the true color with full opacity, no matter how much pigmented lips you are having. It dries to complete matte and gives an opaque color.
Longevity:
It lasts for quite a good time on my lips once set to matte. Being a darker shade, it lasts for a whole day on the lips. Drinks and snacks does not fade the color. But after having a meal, it fades away at the center of my lips, which is very minimal. The lip color breaks down or it get chipped off with oily meal.

This is my second shade from this range and I adore it so much. Definitely recommended.
My Verdict:
The red lipcolor lovers are definitely going to love it. This is a product for the lipstick lovers who do not like frequent touch ups, also very affordable.
