Come summers and I am all about eyeliners and lip glosses! I just pack all of my lipsticks and eye shadows and keep them at the back of my stuff. I love how you quickly get the desired look with good vibrant shade of eyeliners. And also, the eye shadows take so much mehnat of blending and what not! This review will be on an eyeliner pencil from LA Girl in the shade GP607 Gold.
Eye definition becomes easier and more exciting with our new and improved pencils. With the most extensive color selection available, your customers will have the variety they desire, all year round.

My Experience with LA Girl GP607 Gold Eyeliner Pencil:
It comes in regular sleek wooden pencil that requires sharpening. The pencil’s body & cap is matte black in colour. The cap fits tightly, so no worries of the cap loosening up and other products in your bag getting smeared by this eye pencil!
The bottom of the pencil indicates the shade of the pencil. The shelf life is mentioned on the bottom of the pencil which is good as you don’t have to worry about using it beyond the shelf life. Sharpening leads to product wastage, which is a con for me. Somehow, my pencil has got a dent in it. I don’t know how!
It is super creamy in texture. Not too creamy to break off, but perfect to glide it on the lashline and waterline. It glides on very smoothly without any tugging. You could easily use it as an eyeshadow due to its creamy texture.
It is a matte gold colour, more on a yellow side. It doesn’t actually have any shine to it. And hardly shows up on my skin when I apply it on my lids!
You require just a single swipe to get the colour. The eyeliner is easy to apply, I really like the way it glides on my lash line. The shade is not a true gold. I was expecting a good bold gold shade for the festive season, but the shade has disappointed me. I am glad that the shade is shimmer free.
I have used it for long hours and have rarely seen it getting smudged other than at corners of my eyes. The staying power is good 4/5 hours on my eyelids. After that, it starts to fade. The shade can be used for everyday use as it is not a flashy gold. Further, it doesn’t even smear! It is not water resistant, though. I have applied it to my water line and I have not noticed any irritation. However, when I apply it on my waterline it tends to vanish after 2/3 hours only! Anyway, I was not enjoying experimenting a gold colour for my waterline. 😀 Removing it isn’t a task! It comes off easily with any eye makeup remover. It is a beautiful, quality pencil, but I just wish this same consistency and shade came in a different form than pencil.
Pros of LA Girl GP607 Gold Eyeliner Pencil:

• Doesn’t sting or irritate the eyes.
• Suitable for everyday use.
• Color coded body.
• Creamy texture.
Cons of LA Girl GP607 Gold Eyeliner Pencil:
• No ingredient list.
• Requires sharpening.
• Not exactly a gold shade.
