Skin Type: Normal to oily in winters with open pores

Are you crazy about compact powders like I am? When my skin is behaving well and without any breakouts, I love to mattify skin with pressed powder on a daily basis. I love the look of a new compact powder. I ordered this recently and I am very happy with the product.

My Experience with LA Girl Pro Face HD Matte Pressed Powder:
First of all, I have to say that I got the perfect yellow-toned and natural-looking color as the name suggests. I had to choose it online, and I did a good job. The compact says HD, which might mean some pore-blurring advantage to your compact.
This compact comes with a built-in mirror and a nice sponge applicator, unlike your cheap powder puffs. The compact has some ventilation at the bottom for your puff to avoid breeding bacteria. (This is my opinion) the color is very yellow toned and perfect for warm skin tones. Even fair to medium skin can use this shade to set makeup.
The compact is not super creamy to powdery, but it feels soft enough. I love to go dab-dab with the powder, this way it works best to layer up on the pores. I would say it instantly mattifies and brightens the skin, but it also works as a layer to blur the look of pores to 70% to 80%, if not 100%. If you have dry to normal skin, one layer or brushing with large powder brush will do the trick for you. You do not need to layer it up.
The coverage is regular, light to medium, but can be built easily when you want to skip foundation. It kept my t-zone matte for 4 hours, after which I saw slight oil between my brows, where I get oily soon. But overall, I am very happy with the way it lightly sets foundation, keeps skin matte and bright. It slightly blurs pores and is perfectly natural toned, and it does not look chalky on me.
This compact has a very usable mirror too and the powder never feels chalky or too powdery.
