My Experience with La Roche Posay Substiane Visible Density and Volume Replenishing Moisturiser:
Packaging: LA Roche Posay Substiane Visible Density and Volume Replenishing Moisturiser comes housed in a white squeezy tube with a flip top opening through which the product is dispensed. The name of the brand and the product is printed on the front of the tube and the rest of the details are printed on the back of the tube.
Texture: LA Roche Posay Substiane is basically a moisturiser that is supposed to help skin regain their intense comfort, makes it firmer, more toned and radiant. And it truly does what it says. After using it for 40 days or so I can see my skin becoming firmer and radiant with intense hydration. The consistency is not runny not too thick which makes spreading this on face easier. It instantly gets sucked into the skin and provides hydration and the skin feels a lot softer and smoother. It also provides a perfect canvas for makeup, since it has glycerin which most of the primers have. This can be worn alone as well as can be used as a primer.
This has no SPF so, you have to apply a sunscreen on top of it. It has a slight fresh scent to it which fades after a while. It doesn’t feel tacky or sticky on the face which is one major issue with a moisturiser that provides intense hydration. Some people say that this is too heavy for them as a day moisturiser. But, it works perfectly fine for me. I have acnegenic skin and it hasn’t caused any acne or irritation to my skin. It says that it will work for all skin types but, I think, it won’t work for oily skin people.
