My Experience with Labello Nude Care and Color Lip Balm:

The harsh winters are here, and the one product I can’t live without right now is lip balm. I apply it all through the day to keep my lips well nourished. I got 2 new lip care products, and here is the review of Labello Care And Color Lip Balm– Nude.

The packaging is like many other lip care products. It comes in a twist tube. The tube works fine and there is no product leakage when moved up and down. The cap of the tube fits perfectly and also clicks when closed. The product along with the packaging is pretty handy and can fit easily into handbags or clutches, or even jeans pocket. The product is travel safe.

The product, as you see from the pictures, has 2 colored products packed as one inside the other. The inner product is packed with panthenol which moisturizes and nourishes the lips. The outer layer is responsible to color the lips in a subtle way. The color is a nude and doesn’t impart any color on my lips. It feels like using a normal lip balm without any color. It might show up on very pink lips, not on pigmented lips.

The consistency of the product is creamy and glides smoothly over the lips. The product spreads evenly over the lips and doesn’t feel sticky or oily. Even after many applications, the inner and the outer product remain separated and don’t get mixed with each other.

I keep this lip balm in my bag and use it as and when my lips feel dry. Since the product stains the lips, I prefer to use it outdoors. The product has an average staying power, like 2 to 3 hours. It does get transferred to cups and I have to wipe it off after eating a meal. But I don’t mind reapplying it. The advantage is that you don’t need a mirror to apply it like a lipstick. You can just apply it on the go. Overall, I am satisfied with the product.

• The “nude” color does not show up on my lips (might work for lighter lips)

Would I Repurchase Labello Nude Care and Color Lip Balm?
Not sure. It looks like a normal lip balm on my lips without any “nude” effect. So, I don’t see any point in buying it again.

Would I Recommend Labello Nude Care and Color Lip Balm?
If your lips are not pigmented and are light in color, then give it a go. This lip balm works great during winter months. A must-try for all nude lovers.
