Today’s review is about one such fragrance called Eau De Gaga 001 created by an American singer Lady Gaga. It was launched in the year 2014. This is such a lovely, enigmatic and unisex fragrance. The new scent captures the pure essence of Gaga. It’s described as “dangerously daring” and is said to “represent the future of a scent that appeals to both men and women; nothing is off-limits”. Words to describe the new scent include enigmatic, beguiling, and intoxicating. The fragrance is built around white violet, a flower that fuses male and female attractions. To counterbalance this opulent woody-floral intensity, the scent opens with a burst of sparkling lime, which evolves into a sensual trail based on leather, adding a primal quality to the scent.
My Experience with Lady Gaga Eau De Gaga 001 Eau De Parfum:
Packaging: It comes in an elegant rectangular red box, inside which the bottle is placed over a black velvet cloth. Inside the box, you will find a classic and elegant black colored glass bottle with a silver detailing of description, which aims at simulating both masculine and feminine aesthetics. Overall, I love the sleek black lacquered spray bottle.
Eau de Gaga is the second fragrance from Lady Gaga, launched in the year 2014. I remember the moment when I first sniffed it at Sephora, I knew I had to get it as I liked it and wanted to wear it. It is a light scent that can be worn by both men and women. It has a floral woody scent with sparkling lime as its top notes, followed by white violet and leather as its mid and base notes respectively. It’s simply a clean and elegant fragrance that lasts for 14-16 hours and has an above average sillage. It’s perfect for warmer seasons, which means it’s a great summer fragrance. Although it’s a unisex fragrance, I feel it dries down more towards masculine, and will definitely be enjoyed by the women who doesn’t mind wearing unisex fragrances. The fragrance is simply captivating, seductive and aromatic.
Overall, Eau de Gaga feels high quality all round, right from the prestigious packaging to the quality of the scent.
