It’s cold here in Lucknow. You must be thinking why I started my review like this. It’s because nowadays this is the first thing which comes to my mind whenever I am doing something.
Anyway, I love winters. Firstly, because I am a winter baby (I was born on January 20 in kadake ki sardi…hat off to my momma for that), and secondly, winters is one season, when you can experiment with bold colors, bold eyes, lips, and it all looks just fabulous. No sweating, an additional advantage.
Now, coming to today’s product, I am super duper excited to share this with you. A few days back I had purchased the bronze shade of Lakme Drama Stylist Crayon and loved it. I was eyeing the white shade and as soon as I got my pocket money I grabbed it from the nearby store.
Packaging, Price, Description & My Experience:
Now, the packaging is same as the bronze one, still I will gladly say it again for you lovelies ( assuming you love reading my reviews *hehe* ok it was a joke). It comes in a fat bullet pencil form, which means you have to sharpen it when the tip is blunt 🙁 . Its 1.2 gm product for Rs 750 ( I know, priceyyyyy ).
Description: Hi Color Pay off, Easy to blend, Long Lasting
Shade: I got this in the shade white. I always wanted a white pencil because it’s really multipurpose if you know how to use it to the maximum. Also, I don’t like stark white because it gives an artificial look (I am eyeing the new Eyeconic in White though, but solely for the purpose of wearing a white kajal, this one is a different story though).
I love this shade. It is a perfect toned down white. It is not stark against your skin, and contains very minute glitters which are just perfect to add the glow.
I went to a party yesterday, and believe me, I used this for inner corner of my eyes, brow bone highlighting, and (believe it or not), for cheek bone highlighting and on the bridge of the nose. It was perrrrrrfect. Its long lasting, smudge proof, waterproof (use a makeup remover or cleansing milk followed by face wash). There is nothing which I don’t love about this chubby beauty. It’s totally worth the 750 bucks. You can buy other shades at discount, but this shade can be used in so many ways that you want be disappointed if you buy this at MRP.
Pros of Lakme Absolute Drama Stylist Eyeshadow Crayon in White:
It’s creamy, easy to apply, does not tug at eyes.
Easy to blend, but do it quickly because once set it won’t budge.
Cons of Lakme Absolute Drama Stylist Eyeshadow Crayon in White:
Price. But this shade is totally worth it.
Has to be sharpened.
IMBB Rating : 4.5/5 (0.5 deducted for price and for the sharpening point, I could not deduct more, I love it)
My Recommendation : Yes go for it, It’s a multipurpose product, and will last fairly long. Worth it.
Hope you all liked my review. Till the next time..bye and love you all :* :*
