My Experience with Lakme Blush and Glow Pomegranate Gel Face Wash:

This face wash comes in the standard Lakme face wash packaging. It is a semi-clear tube with a white flip cap. This tube is reddish-pink in color, just like pomegranates. I like this pretty tube and the dispenser provides the right amount of product at once. This pomegranate face wash has a nice, sweet smell to it.

I love pomegranates, but honestly, I have never really smelt them. Anyway, this face wash smells fresh and fruity, and I quite like this fragrance. This face wash has a nice, red coloured, thick gel-like consistency, which is a little sticky. When I put it on my palm, it feels sticky and I need to massage it between my palms to create foam. I can easily apply it on my face once it lathers.

After foaming it glides smoothly on the face and feels very gentle. It does not spread easily if I apply it directly on my face. Otherwise, it lathers well and is easy to rinse also. This face wash contains some micro scrubbing particles but they are too tiny to exfoliate the skin. So, I feel these particles are simple useless.

Still, the face wash is very gentle on the skin and has never irritated my sensitive skin. This face wash cleanses my skin deeply and removes all the dirt and impurities from the skin. It makes the skin fresh, clear and smooth. This face wash works well and also effectively removes all the excess oil from pores. I have very oily skin and this face wash keeps my skin shine-free for a decent time period.

It is not an oil-controlling face wash but works nicely for my skin type. Since the weather is very hot, this face wash works nicely for me and feels refreshing. This face wash also provides a nice amount of hydration to all skin types. It never makes my skin feel stretchy and feels quite soothing on the skin.

I really like this face wash more than the Strawberry and Peach variants. But, as usual, this face wash also can’t add any blush like glow to the skin. Definitely, my skin looks bright and glowing but there isn’t any drastic change. Still, I like the fact that this face wash makes my skin healthy and smooth.

Overall, it is a nice, everyday face wash, which adds softness, smoothness and freshness to the skin. It doesn’t bring any huge changes but I feel good after using this face wash and I also like its smell. Still I would like to mention that I have not seen drastic changes in my skin because of these face washes. All of these work almost the same.
