My Take on Lakme Enrich Satin Lipstick #M452:

The packaging of the lipstick is simple and basic. There is nothing fancy or luxurious in this packaging. The lipstick tube comes inside a silver-coloured cardboard packaging. This cardboard packaging has all the product details mentioned in black font, but the ingredients list is missing! The cap of the lipstick fits tightly and would not come off in your bag.

Now, coming to the shade of the lipstick, #M452 is a mauve-brown lipstick color. It’s devoid of any shimmer or glitter. This shade is pretty and will flatter most of the mature Indian skin tones, but personally, this shade does not suit me that well. It makes me look quite older or I would say, it’s “mummy-wala” kind of a shade. It looks so beautiful on my mother and suits her so much.

This lipstick sets with a nice glossy finish. It also has decent pigmentation and imparts a nice opaque coverage in one swipe. The texture of the lipstick is soft and smooth, and glides easily on the lips. There is no tugging or pulling of the lips, it glides smoothly over the lips.

This one has a creamy formula, feels quite moisturizing on the lips. It keeps my lips hydrated for long. Being creamy in texture, the lipstick does transfer a lot, it’s not waterproof. The lipstick smudges a bit after a few hours. The staying power is approximately 4-5 hours on my lips and will not survive meals.
