How are you all doing? Hope everyone must be enjoying this chilly season 😀 . My skin is behaving really bad these days, poor me 🙁 . Well I am back again with another review. Today I am going to share my experience on a white gel eye liner from our very own *desi* brand Lakme. I don’t know why Lakme added the *Absolute* tag with it’s name, only to hike the price :/ Okay now let’s see how the Lakme Absolute Gel Addict Liner in the shade White Delight performed.

Packaging:

The packaging looks really cute. It comes in a tiny glass pot and a tiny brush is attached on top of the cap. It is travel friendly and no worries of carrying a separate brush 🙂 .

My Experience with Lakme White Delight Absolute Gel Addict Eyeliner:

The packaging is so cute that I immediately fell in love when I saw this tiny liner pot. Lakme is really going insane these days. I mean too little product with a huge price tag :/ . We have to pay Rs. 800 for only 2.3g of product huh 🙁 . And on top of that my brother dipped his stupid paint brush into the jar.

Ok coming to the product, the liner feels very creamy and soft, more like of a mousse texture and glides on smoothly on lids. It is very light weight. It is also intensely pigmented and long lasting. It stays on my lids without fading or budging a bit the entire day and yeah it is water-proof and smudge-proof. No matter how many times I washed my face, it was still there like untouched. You will definitely need a good makeup remover to remove it.

I personally like to use this as my shadow base, and it works perfectly keeping my shadow in place all day. I have also used it in my waterline without facing any problem and it lasted a good 10 hours, after that I removed it. It shows on my lids with a single swipe and settles into a matte finish. It comes with a tiny brush. It has soft silky bristles, which comes quite handy. Removing the brush from the cap is quite difficult, I struggled a good 10 minutes to separate the brush from the cap for the first time. 😀
