Lazy Girl’s Skin and Hair Care Essentials

Hi everyone!

Many a times, I just get into this ‘being lazy mode’ and I feel like doing nothing at all. I just want to binge watch my favourite tv series while eating snacks, obviously. And, this habit made my skin and hair suffer a lot in the past. But, did that stop me from being lazy? Of course not! That’s never going to happen. Luckily, I have found some products that help me take care of my skin and hair without taking too much time. Here is my list of essentials for lazy girl out there! 😉

3 in 1 Cleanser Scrub Mask

You don’t feel like going through the whole deep cleansing process with the wash, scrub and pack? Worry not, just grab a good 3 in 1 scrub mask according to your skin type and that’s all you need for that fresh skin clean up. My personal favourite is the Vichy Normaderm 3 in 1 Cleanser Scrub Mask.

Some other options are:
The Body Shop Blue Corn 3 in 1 Deep Cleansing Scrub Mask
Nivea Pure Effect Total Face Cleanup

Hair Masks

This is a must especially if you skip oiling your hair because your hair needs more than just shampoo and conditioner. You need a deep conditioning treatment to repair all the damage and to keep your hair healthy. There are many options available for hair masks which you need to keep on for 5-10 minutes after washing and conditioning your hair. Here is a list of twenty IMBB approved hair masks.

Makeup Remover Wipes

Ok, so you’re back from a party and you are really tired and ,though, you know that you should never sleep with your makeup on you’re about to do that! To avoid this, always keep some makeup remover wipes or baby wipes near your bed and wipe away all that makeup before you sleep.

Here are some of the good options that you can go for:

Johnson’s Baby Skincare Wipes
Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes
Bare Essentials Cleansing and Make-Up Remover Wipes

Moisturizer with SPF

You woke up late and you are in a rush and chances are you’re just going to apply some moisturizer and run! But, the sun isn’t going to show any love for your skin, so opt for a moisturizer with some SPF in it. Here are some great options:

Clinique Moisture Surge Tinted Moisturizer With SPF 15
Olay Complete All Day Moisturizer with Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 15
The Body Shop Vitamin C Daily Moisturizer with SPF 30
Neutrogena Fine Fairness Lotion SPF 30

In-Shower Body Lotions

After a shower, you just want to dress up quickly, so getting yourself an in-shower body lotion is a superb idea. It works just like a conditioner. You need to apply it on damp skin wait for some time and rinse. A quick way to moisturise soft skin. Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser is a great option!

Dry Shampoos

I believe a good dry shampoo is a necessity even for non-lazy people during summer time. Because washing your hair daily is not a good idea and also not feasible. So, to get rid of the oily look, use dry shampoos. They are quick and easy to use, but be careful! Using a lot of product will leave a whitish cast on your hair. These are the go-to products for me when I am in my lazy mode. Ironically, that happens more when I have all the time in the world rather than when I have a tight schedule. Does that happen to you too? Please share your lazy day essentials in the comments below to help the lazy people’s community. 🙂
