My Experience with LipIce Sheer Color Lip Balm Fragrance Free:

Let’s begin the review with the packaging of the product. The lip balm comes in a black and blue outer cardboard packaging. Each and every detail about the product is mentioned on the back of this packaging. I already have the Strawberry variant of this one, which I absolutely love. I was keen to try this ‘Fragrance Free’ variant, which offers a sheer baby pink color.

The lip balm tube is pink in color with the cap of the same color. The tube bears the brand’s tagline printed on it in white fonts. The lip balm tube is sleek and small. So, it is really easy to accommodate in the pocket or wallet. Overall, the packaging is nice and travel-friendly.

The lip balm bullet is off white in color. This is a color changing lip balm, which looks off white in the bullet but its color changes to a beautiful baby pink after application. The color is very sheer and mixes with the natural color of the lips. The color is not really visible on the lips but the lip balm does make the lips appear pink, plumper and healthier. It looks super natural on the lips.

The lip balm does not contain any shimmer particles etc. It gives a nice glossy finish to the lips. Though it does not cover my pigmented lips well still it looks pretty on the lips somehow. If you do not like fragrant products, you would probably love this one, as it is absolutely fragrance free, just as it claims. It does not have any kind of smell in it.

The texture of the lip balm is great. It is very smooth and creamy. Hence, it glides effortlessly on the lips without any dragging of the lips. There is no grittiness in the texture of the lip balm. It is non-sticky and feels comfortable on the lips. The formula is lightweight and does not feel waxy or heavy on the lips. The lip balm does not come with any SPF. Therefore, it is not that great to be used under the sun but it is an ultimate option for people with dry lips as this is very moisturizing and hydrating.

I am in love with LipIce lip balms as they are truly very hydrating and nourishing. The formula is very nice and helps to heal my dry lips very well. My lips stay hydrated for long after the application of this lip balm, even when the lip balm is wiped off. This lip balm is apt for dry winters when the lips get super dry as it deeply nourishes the lips.

The lasting power of the lip balm is somewhere around 4-5 hours on my lips. In the mean time, it looses its glossy sheen and color. But, still, my lips do not feel dry. Overall, I quite love lip balms from this brand.
