L’Occitane Cherry Blossom Bath and Shower Gel Review

L’Occitane Cherry Blossom Bath and Shower Gel Review

Hi Girls,

I haven’t been purchasing many products recently and haven’t stepped into L’Occitane for the last five months or so.  I was trying to save some money and also winters had made me lazy in indulging myself using lotions and potions.  As such, I recently went out and splurged on some goodies from my favourite brand. I would like to review one of my recent purchases from L’Occitane.  I have been wanting to buy at least one product from the “Cherry Blossom” range.  This 75 ml was part of a multi-pack which contained three more shower gel ranges from L’Occitane.  I tried the tester and was attracted by the fragrance of Cherry Blossom.

L’Occitane Cherry Blossom Bath and Shower Gel Review

Like always, L’Occitane manages to captivate the best fragrances from around the world.  This fragrance is enriched with cherry extract and also contains other notes such as lily of the valley, freesia, musk, amber and Brazilian rosewood.  I love the floral and feminine scents here.

Product Description from L’Occitane:

The cherry tree is part of the Provencal landscape.  It is widespread in the provencal region. This tree changes colors with the seasons, a source of inspiration for the artists: pure white in spring, bright red in summer, soft green in autumn.  L’Occitane’s new fragrance range celebrates the poetic beauty of the cherry blossom.  This extra-gentle shower gel captures the fresh and delicate nature of Cherry Blossom.  Can also be used as a foaming bath instead of a shower gel. Used as a foaming bath, it transforms into a rich and smooth foam, releasing the delicate and captivating Cherry Blossom fragrance. A delicious way to pamper your skin, the gel softens and nourishes, allowing you to indulge in the fresh and floral fragrance, celebrating the poetic beauty of Cherry Blossom and its delicate flowers.

Cherry Blossom

My Experience with L’Occitane Cherry Blossom Bath and Shower Gel:

The product is a pale pinkish liquid.  The 500 ml bottle comes in a pump dispenser bottle where as this 75 ml came in a small bottle with a flip cap. It is strongly fragranced and leaves a good fragrance behind. The cherry blossom refreshes skin and uplifts my mood.  This is apt for winter or summer. The shower gel is not extremely hydrating, but does not dry the skin either. The shower gel does not lather well by itself, but when used along with a sponge, it lathers very well. The fragrance smells fresh and sophisticated and most of all natural. All products from L’Occitane smell natural and that’s why I love them.

  • I love the delicate packaging, looks cute on my shower caddy.
  • Does not contain parabens or sodium lauryl sulphate.
