L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser Review

L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser

Hello Ladies!
L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser
Today I’m going to review a foaming cleaner from the brand L’Occitane and the range Red Rice…!!!

Product Description
An ultra foaming cleanser that leaves the skin clear and pure! This soap-free cleanser is enriched with rebalancing zinc and red rice extract from Camargue (located just outside Provence in France), as well as astringent red rice vinegar. Zinc rebalances your skin’s oil production, while the red rice powder absorbs surface oil and reduces shine. It transforms into an ultra light foam on contact with water and eliminates make-up, impurities and excess sebum. Skin is perfectly clean, incredibly soft, clear and pure.
• Perfect for combination and oily skin.
• Very light, clean fragrance.
• Non-comedogenic.

Advice:
Apply morning and evening to damp skin with hands or washcloth. Focus on the T-zone: forehead, nose, chin. Rinse with water. For best results, follow with the Purifying Rice Toner.

Tolerance dermatologically tested.

Price: Rs 1300/-

My Experience with L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser:

This soap free cleanser has a pearly color and a very light pleasant smell, comes in a effective pump system plastic bottle which is convenient. I used this cleanser last year, the bottle has lasted me for about 9 months, which I think makes it pretty good value. This product kept the breakouts at bay without drying me out too much. It takes only one pump of cleanser to get enough foam to wash your whole face and that is the best part about it. It’s a refreshing cleanser that controls oil and I can feel that my skin breathes after using. This seriously keeps your face matte. This product definitely needs a shot good for oily, acne prone skin, sensitive skin, combination skin and good for dry skin beauties in summer. If you are looking for a oil control cleaner for refreshing skin than this is for you but if you are looking for something which tightens, lightens your skin than this is not for you.

Pros of L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser:

• Limit oil production.
• Didn’t irritate my skin
• Didn’t break me out.
• Effective pump system
• Refreshes skin.
• Gives a matte face.

Cons of L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser:

• Price may be an issue
• Some may not like the fragrance.

Will I Repurchase the L’Occitane Foaming Rice Cleanser?
I don’t see anything wrong with repurchasing this product. I’m currently on my 2nd bottle.

  1. I was so waiting for a review for a product from this range!! Nice review! 🙂
I am combination-oily so I’ll definitely pick up this product.
Which toner do u use after this? The Red Rice one or any other?

  2. nice review….i had a toner from the same range which apart from irritating my skin made it super dry, it was difficult to even smile!!! worst thing i’ve put on my face considering that my oil glands were kinda hyperactive at that point of time….

  3. definitely looks like I should try it. Btw on my recent trip to Mumbai i only bought the Kryolan TV Paint stick (# 29) and a top from Zara. That was all i shopped for. I fell sick the moment I landed. The rainy weather added to the misery. I got 102 temp, took injections, million anti-biotics and am still recovering. what a mess of a trip!! BUT this product looks really good and might suit my combination/oily skin. 1300 bucks is quite ok a price if it works and goes a long way.

    1. Yes Aru u can gv this a go and if u having problem like blackheads, pimples and want some brightening than go for clarins gentle foaming cleanser with tamarind and micro pearls made for combination or oily skin … thats one of the best cleanser 5/5… and if u want jus freshness and matte face this is the best……..!!!
I understand if all this happens during trip time it really feel bad and painful…
      Take care …. Wish u a rapid recovery…:-D 😀 🙂
