My Experience with L’occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence:
Packaging: Brightening essence comes in bulky white pot with an indigo coloured screw cap; the cap bears a dropper which again has indigo coloured rubber bulb and glass tube with rounded tips that makes the application and usage part easy.
The glass pot looks classy and comes in white and indigo shade combination which matches the colour code of the entire Immortelle brightening range. The bottle is quite bulky and not travel friendly.
Consistency: The essence is white in colour. The consistency of this serum is like that of a thin diluted gel type. It gets easily absorbed into the skin on application. And, I must mention that this essence though, is basically a serum; has a consistency quite different from the normal serums available in the market.
Smell: This essence smells exactly same like the other Immortelle Brightening range products, but the essence bears a milder version of its standard fragrance.
Results: I use this brightening essence as a pre moisturiser treatment. 4 drops of this essence covers my entire face; but I have to be really quick in blending this serum as it quickly gets absorbed as soon as it comes in contact with my skin.
Light swipes are enough to blend this serum, no actual rubbing, blending or massaging is required. After spreading it evenly on my skin I feel as if I have applied thin gel on my face, but within two minutes this feeling vanishes away. I then follow this essence with the Immortelle Brightening Moisture Cream.
My face instantly glows like a LED bulb – bright and beautiful. Skin is immediately left soft and supple with a nice glow-y touch. I have a T-zone oily type combination skin and this essence has never broken me out or disturbed my skin in any way.
With regular usage I have seen my pimple marks vanishing very soon, like a miracle. This essence has also helped in evening out my previously uneven skin tone. This essence just works beautifully as if it had been specially crafted for my skin. The brightening effect stays for brilliant 6-8 hours!!
I often skip my foundation nowadays, all thanks to this L’occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence + Immortelle Moisture Cream combo. No doubt, it has surely improved my skin tone and has made it just gorgeous. The pot will last for roughly 2-3 months on regular usage.
Pros of L’occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence:

• Instantly brightens and softens skin.
• Regular usage helps in eliminating dark spots.
• Long lasting brightening effect.
• Has powerful ingredients.
• True to all its claim.
• Little quantity is required.
• Doesn’t breakout.
Cons of L’occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence:
• Very expensive.
• Non-travel friendly packing.

YES, YES, YES it’s my HG serum.
Will I Recommend L’occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence?
Yes. I would surely recommend this essence to everyone who wish to have beautiful glowing skin.
I can overall say that, the L’occitane Immortelle Brightening Essence is a perfect brightening serum that has an excellent blend of potent natural ingredients that truly work to revive beautiful, natural, soft and bright skin.
This serum, though expensive, just works brilliantly. The combination of this entire range can greatly help in amplifying the overall brightening effect more efficiently. But, even single handed-ly this essence works great.
This is a must try for all those beauties who are bored of their dull skin and those who love bright and beautiful skin.
