With summers fully on already, deo’s have become a must have in my bag. And with so many brands, so many different fragrances and everything available at your doorstep, no one would hesitate to try out the varieties. Today’s review is about Lomani Pleasure Deodorant.

Product description:

This Lomani deodorant for women understands you – a versatile fragrance that will keep you smelling good all day, you can wear it for a casual coffee date or a candle lit dinner (the smell is mild, so it won’t overpower your expensive perfume!) It lasts really long, so you don’t have to worry about those embarrassing sweat patches in the afterhours!

INR 175 for 200ml.

Contains:

Butan-Propane, Alcohol denat, Fragrance(Parfum), Isopropyl myristate, ethylhexylglycerine.
Packaging :

It comes in a very girly pink aerosol spray metal canister that has a shiny silver cap. It stays put even when you drop the can. Glossy and sturdy packaging. It is not very heavy to it’s to huge to carry around in small handbags.

My take on Lomani-Pleasures Deodorant:

I solely ordered it based on the packaging, color and of course the name (cheeky huh :P).

When I received it, I dint really imagine it would be this big. I mean, yeah, I didn’t check the quantity before ordering. But usually deos are about 125ml and hence this one really surprised me! This meant that I couldn’t carry it in my handbag. Nevertheless, I loved the color of the canister and the mirror finish cap. It’s a very classy packaging. I sprayed it on, and the fragrance was something very feminine, I couldn’t classify it as anything fruity or floral, but it’s very feminine. It does gives slightly burning kinda sensation when applied on bare underarms, but not very irritating either. And that only lasted for a couple of seconds. I guess this a common trait in deodorants with  alcohol base.

The product description clearly says, mild fragrance which doesn’t over power your expensive perfumes which is quite true. You can still use your perfume and stay sweat-free with this deo. But I prefer using just the deo minus the perfumes. And what’s more, they have a lot of options to choose from.

Pros of Lomani Pleasure Deodorant:

• Fragrance is not too strong or overpowering. It is a little on the milder side, but not faintly mild. And fresh.
• Sturdy yet stylish packaging. The cap is almost as clear as a mirror.
• Lots of varieties to choose from.
• Affordable and available easily.

Cons of Lomani Pleasure Deodorant:

• Since its summers now, I don’t really know how much this deo (or any deo) would help in this sweltering heat.
• Contains alcohol. This gives a burning sensation in the beginning which later subsides.
• It’s too huge to be carried around. Doesn’t fit into small handbags.

Would I recommend/ re-purchase Lomani Pleasure Deodorant?

Yes, definitely. But I wouldn’t repurchase the same. Not this maybe. It’s got a lovely feminine fragrance. But I would like to try out other variants as well.
