Well-groomed brows add so much to one’s face and I started investing in brow-related products just recently. One such product which I am going to review today is the L’Oréal Brow Stylist Plumper in the shade “Medium to Dark.” Read on to find out my opinion about it.

My Experience with L’Oreal Brow Stylist Plumper Brow Gel Mascara – Medium to Dark:
Packaging: The brow plumper comes in a mascara-like black colored plastic tube with a burnt gold cap. The spoolie brush is small in size and is perfect for application to the brows. The bristles are a bit stiff and hence feels a slightly rough when applying. But it applies pretty evenly and is easy to control.
Texture/Shade/Finish: The brow plumper is in a gel format and hence does stick to the brow hair pretty easily. It looks wet and I do find that my brows feel a bit stiff after the application, but it is nothing too irritating. Once set, it does a great job at holding my unruly brows in place.
I bought the “Medium to Dark” shade and it is a deep chocolate brown color. I find it to be just perfect for my dark brows as it does not look unnatural and adds a nice groomed look to my face. This brow plumper comes in 2 other shades – Transparent and Light-to-Medium, which would suit those with light-colored brow hair.
I do not feel that this product adds much noticeable thickness to the brows. Instead, it sets unruly brows and imparts a nice deep tint giving a bit of dimension to the brows.
The staying power is pretty good and it stays put for almost 8-9 hours and does not smudge/budge. You would need a heavy duty makeup remover to remove all traces.
