My Experience with L’Oreal Elvive Full Fiber Hair Mask:

I have used L’Oreal Elvive Full Fiber Shampoo some time ago and I had loved it, I always had in my mind to buy the hair mask once! With the sponsored scheme, it was the perfect time to pick it up!

The product comes in the color of its variants, dark teal blue plastic tub with a glossy pink/purple cap. The screw cap has a lock system that keeps the lid in place and thus it is travel friendly. The mouth is big which eases in taking out the product. The product misses a seal and I wish it had a tamper seal at least. The product is light pink in color, creamy and has a thick consistency. The smell is pleasant, sweet but nothing extra ordinary. Packaging is satisfactory. Dipping your hands in the tub all the time can be unhygienic and so I use a spatula.

The application is easy, you have to just squeeze out the excess water and apply the mask, let it stay for 2-3 min and then wash off the product. My hair felt soft when I was rinsing off the mask and after towel drying, my hair looked a bit lustrous. After the hair was completely dry, it was very shiny, tangle free and was easily manageable. I could run my hands through my hair without combing and it felt so soft and never got stuck anywhere. My hair also looked a little bouncier and thicker. But the frizz stayed.

I have really dry hair ends and the mask made it look hydrated and healthy. This is something I always wanted. The mask can be used as a conditioner. I have oily scalp but as a conditioner it was not heavy and did not make my scalp any further oily. The only downside to the product was that by the end of the second day the fullness in the hair was gone and the hair looked limp. So the claim of ensuring the hair remains thicker is not true. The thickness can go on for around 24-36 hours.

So summing up,

Pros of L’Oreal Elvive Full Fiber Hair Mask:

• Travel friendly.
• Makes hair look bouncier and full for around 36 hours.
• Makes dry ends look hydrated and moisturized.
• Doesn’t make the scalp greasy.
• Makes hair look very lustrous and healthy.

Cons of L’Oreal Elvive Full Fiber Hair Mask:

• The tub packaging can be unhygienic.
• Doesn’t reduce frizz.
• No tamper seal.
• The result is temporary and doesn’t last long.

IMBB Rating: 4/5
