Today I am reviewing my favourite lip gloss which is the with L’Oreal Glam Shine Fresh 6 Hour Lipgloss In Loyal Wild Rose. It was love at first sight. The minute I saw it I had to own it. And everytime I apply this gloss I am stopped atleast once and asked what I am wearing on my lips.

My experience with L’Oreal Glam Shine Fresh 6 Hour Lipgloss In Loyal Wild Rose:

The lipgloss comes in a plastic tube with a plastic cap. The packaging looks quite tacky according to me. Since it is a transparent bottle the colour of the gloss is easily visible. It has a heart shaped wand for precise application. I really prefer this applicator over the doe foot applicators.
The smell of this gloss is not to my liking at all. It should have had some kind of fragrance rather than the fake smell that it has. The colour of the gloss is a pretty dusky rose with multicoloured golden shimmer in it. The shimmer is very fine and not at all abrasive. The texture not very sticky but it is thick. The thick consistency gives a pretty good coverage for a gloss. The coverage is not completely opaque but not sheer either. The colour is slightly buildable with couple of more swipes but I prefer applying only one coat.

The company claims that the gloss stays on for a good 6 Hr. But it does not stay that long. The best it stays on is for about 4-5 hours which is really good for a gloss. The fading is not all that even and leaves behind a faint tint. The shimmer particles are also left behind but can be easily removed.

Cons of L’Oreal Glam Shine Fresh 6 Hour Lipgloss In Loyal Wild Rose

• Easily transferable
• I am not sure of the plumping aspect the gloss offers as I have not noticed any change in my lips on application
• Shimmer spreads around the lips after the gloss disappears.
• Does not contain SPF

IMBB Rating: 4.5 / 5 By far one of the best gloss I have come across.
