My Experience with L’Oreal Paris 3 in 1 Moisturising Micellar Water:
Micellar water comes in a pretty clear plastic bottle with a pink cap. It is a normal bottle and feels easy to carry around. This product doesn’t have any smell so, it is good for all. Like a normal micellar water, it comes in a clear colorless, thin watery texture that feels very light.
I need to take some water on a cotton pad and gently apply it on my face. This non-sticky, non-oily smooth water feels very refreshing. This thin consistency glides smoothly on the skin and provides a soothing effect to the skin. It is a super light weight water that dries out quickly on the skin.
Now, it claims that it is a 3-in-1 water that cleanses and removes makeup from the face without making your skin dry. So, it actually works nicely as a cleanser and removes my face makeup and removes all the impurities from the skin. It smoothly removes normal foundation, compact powder, washable makeup and a little bit of Kajal and lipstick.
It also removes eyeshadows without any effort. It makes my skin fresh and bright. It cures dry skin and provides good hydration to it. It adds a nice glow to the skin. It makes my skin healthy and soft and it never feels dry. I have super oily and sensitive skin but, it removes excess oil from the face and never irritated my skin. It is also safe for my sensitive eyes. This is good for all skin types and it never broke me out.
But, it is not a great makeup remover. It works good for face makeup alone and does not work for heavy eye makeup, especially for waterproof makeup. It can’t remove waterproof eyeliner and mascara. It needs some effort to clean them. Also, it can’t remove liquid matte lipstick. But, it is good for normal daily makeup and it gives a very soothing feeling for your skin. Overall, I like it for my daily face makeup but, not as a heavy makeup cleanser.

As a cleanser, I am recommending this but, as a heavy waterproof makeup remover, it is not good.
