Hope you are enjoying your day! Today, I am reviewing an eyeshadow from L’Oreal. This is the L’Oreal Infallible 24 HR Eye Shadow in the shade Bronzed Taupe (Shade Number 890).

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Bronzed Taupe Infallible 24 HR Eyeshadow:

Packaging:  The eyeshadow comes in a small round plastic case with a transparent square base, which makes it easy to see the color without having to open the lid. The case is quite light weight and compact and the lid closes securely making it travel friendly.  The L’Oreal Infallible shadows are actually pressed pigments. The container comes with a black stopper which says “Do Not Discard.” Make sure you don’t, to avoid the pigments spilling out of the container accidentally. The pigments are quite tightly pressed, so you need not worry about the pigments flying everywhere once you open the stopper.

Color and Finish:  Bronzed Taupe is a beautiful warm shimmery bronzy taupe shade. It works beautifully for a one-shadow look or even with another shade in the crease. I have to mention that though it is shimmery, it is not overly so. There is no glitter, only finely milled subtle shimmer. It is perfectly fine to wear for work.

Pigmentation:  The pigmentation is absolutely amazing! One swipe gives you the full color intensity as in the pan. You can choose to sheer it out or pack it on for concentrated color.

Texture:  The texture of the eyeshadow feels very smooth and creamy, though it is a powder shadow. In the container, you will feel the slightly spongy texture of the pressed pigments. You can apply it with your fingers or a brush, works well with both. It is quite easy to work, you can sheer it out or blend on.

Longevity:  The longevity is really impressive. Even without a primer, this lasted on my oily lids for over 9 hours. It does not crease or fade. Even at the end of the day, it looked just as it did when initially applied.

• Can be used sheer or intense.
• Excellent pigmentation.
• Smooth and creamy texture.
• Easy to blend.
• Lasts for over 8 hours even without a primer.

Cons of L’Oreal Paris Bronzed Taupe Infallible 24 HR Eyeshadow:

• Nothing that I can think of.

This is an excellent quality eyeshadow from L’Oreal. The pigmentation and staying power are amazing. This can be used alone for a quick look or with other shades. Being a neutral shade, it is quite versatile. Do check it out.
