My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Collection Exclusive Pinks J Lo’s Pink:

The packaging is lovely to say the least. It comes in typical L’Oreal packaging, only this time the body is matte black with gold detailing. There is a groove for the cap to click shut and hence it is very much travel-friendly. Also the color coded stickers at base come handy of you are planning to pick more than one from the range.

The texture is a dream, it glides on the lips like a powder matte lip color. The pigmentation is medium to buildable. To keep the lightweight texture alive, I tend to skip lining the lips. The lip color is super comforting on the lips and does not dry out the lips at all.

The shade is a pretty mix of plum and pink with hints of micro shimmers. The shimmers do not really show on the lips but adds to the glam of the lip color. Though the shade looks a bit scary on the bullet, it comes off as a pretty wearable shade of plum-pink. Though the shade is dupable, yet the texture is unmatched.

The staying power is also worth mention as it stayed on my lips with food and water for more than 6 hours with minimal fading. The point is, matte lipsticks tend to either dry out the lips or flake off, neither of that happened with this. Also, there is a pretty stain left behind after meals and the lips are not left bare.
