I am die-hard lipstick lover. I keep searching for n*des, corals and reds. I am always searching for a perfect n*de shade that goes well with my skin tone. Some products do suit me well while some really fail and make me look washed out. My search for a perfect shade led me to this lipstick from L’Oreal Paris. This one is a gorgeous shade. Read on to know how it fared for me.

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Collection Exclusive Pinks – Naomi’s Pink:

Let’s begin with the packaging of this baby. The lipstick looks delicate and very classy. The velvety matte black lipstick tube bears the brand’s tagline in beautiful golden fonts. I love the gold detailing on a matte base. The base of the tube has a color-coded sticker that indicates the shade & its name. The lipstick tube has a peel-off sticker which bears the ingredients list. The cap of the lipstick fits very securely making it travel-friendly. Overall, the packaging looks royal.

Naomi’s Pink is a gorgeous muted pinkish nude shade. This is a perfect nude lipstick for almost all Indian skin tones. This lovely shade is a perfect everyday shade, which can be carried to office or college or anywhere you want. It looks subtle and natural on the lips. The best part about this lipstick is that it does not wash me out. This is the perfect MLBB shade for me. The lipstick has finely milled micro shimmers in it. The shimmers do not really show up on the lips. They just deliver a nice luminous finish to the lips. Overall, the shade is really flattering and easy to pull off.

The texture is absolutely amazing. It is very creamy and glides like a dream on my lips without any tugging or pulling. It is lightweight and feels super comfortable on the lips. The lipstick glides effortlessly and the colour hugs the lips nicely. The formula is nice and creamy. The lipstick sets to a velvety matte finish. It looks amazing with heavy eye makeup. The formula is nice and is pretty hydrating. It does not dry out the lips at all. It keeps my lips moisturized and nourished even after hours of application.

Being the soft shade, the pigmentation is very sheer. I have to glide the lipstick over and over to build up the colour, but still it does not deliver an opaque finish. It gets streaky on layering but it still does not hide pigmentation of the lips. The lipstick lasts for approx. 5 hours with slight fading. As it’s such a soft shade, I find its staying power pretty decent.

This lipstick accentuates the fine lines of the lips & clings to dry patches of the lips. So, prepping the lips is a must with this lipstick. It does not survive meals and vanishes completely. Overall, the lipstick has a few cons, but I still love it so much.

Despite all the cons, I will really recommend this shade and will surely repurchase it because it suits me so well. It is probably the most gorgeous n*de lipstick in my stash.
