I am back with a review which was long overdue. I had written this review many days back, but could not click photos due to lack of time and unsuitable weather conditions. Today, The Gods finally favoured me, and I am able to complete this review. This is about L’oreal Paris Color Riche Moist Matte Lipstick in the shade R519 named Blaze of Red. This is a part of the L’or Lumiere Collection which L’oreal released for the Cannes 2014 collection.
About the product: According to L’Oreal, this lipstick range is enriched with new Light Illium complex for a rich matte effect, velvet fusion capsules and Ultra Gliding Shine oils to provide a smooth and silky application and Jojoba oil to give absolute hydration for up to 4 hours

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Moist Matte Lipstick – Blaze of Red
The lipstick comes in a luxurious rosy gold color case, enwrapped in a cellophane paper. The details of the product are all written on the paper. A beautiful “R” logo adorns the top, while the shade name is written at the base. The case closes with a click, making it very sturdy and safe for travel.
The lipstick is extremely pigmented. It glides along the lips, without any tugging on the lips. The lipstick is extremely creamy and moisturises the lips well. It does not have any fragrance. It stays on for 5-6 hours on the lips, with mild snacks in between. It is very staining as well, so a stain is left even after fading, which has to be removed with a remover. Even after removal the lips do not feel dry at any point of time. However, it does transfer on glasses.
The shade “Blaze of Red” is a beautiful pink based red, with a slight maroonish tinge. One swipe is enough for excellent color payoff. It will easily cover any pigmentation on the lips as well. Two swipes give a very glamorous look to the lips. It attains a matte look on the lips after 5-10 minutes. It does not settle into lip lines neither does it exaggerate them. It will cover up any dry or chapped lips equally well. It does not bleed or feather at all. This is an excellent red for any skin tone or any age group.

Yes, this is an excellent shade for all age groups and can be worn safely by the beginners as well as elders who are experimenting with red. This is a very safe color, which will make you look glamorous, without drying out your lips. However, I do have one question for all of you. Is it just my imagination or do all the latest L’oreal lip colors tend to darken with time???
