L’Oreal Paris always makes the best hair care products and it is one of the most reliable brands. I have tried so many masks from L’Oreal but I don’t know why the masks which I get from the overseas countries work much better. Here is one from the overseas called “Oleo Therapy” mask! It looks a lot like the Oleo Therapy Mask from Kerastase and it might not be a coincidence since that brand is owned by L’Oreal as well!

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Hair Expertise Oleo Therapy Deep Recovery Mask:
Packaging: The hair mask comes in a big bright sunny-yellow tub which has the signature shape like other L’Oreal hair masks. The tub is huge and the quantity is just amazing for the price. The tub is a bit heavy but can be carried around during travels as well. The packaging is really nice and attractive. It has everything mentioned over it and is made up of sturdy plastic. The best part about this hair mask is that it is sulphate-free which is why a lot of people prefer such masks over the others.
Consistency, smell and feel on the hair: The hair mask comes in a light chrome yellow colour resembling the tub. The consistency is super thick and it apt to be called a “hair butter“. Just a dollop over the hair and it spreads beautifully. My hair gets drenched in it very nicely. It has a very nice smell of flowers and oil with a strong scent which gives that “spa” feel. I feel like I am sitting in a spa to pamper my hair. It smells very “salon-like” and professional and the smell is very soothing to the senses too. The scent lingers for a while after rinsing and then fades off after a couple of hours.
Results: The moment I apply it, my hair starts to detangle. I keep it undisturbed for 5-10 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water. My hair feels velvety soft after rinsing this mask and I can actually feel the smoothness in the wet hair itself. It perfectly detangles my hair. After drying, I get everything that I expect from this mask. My hair becomes a lot smoother and softer due to the 6 oils. My hair colour looks better as it adds shine to brittle and dull hair. But the best part is how it treats the damage. My hair looks very healthy on the initial day and the following day and then it comes back to normal. It is pretty good in controlling the frizz too without a serum. It does not repair the hair but improves the texture and quality of the hair if used twice a week without usage of hot tools. An awesome mask to try out which works better than the Indian versions!
