I am always on the hunt for non-oily hydrating face creams because, I have oily skin. It is always a challenging task to get my hands on to a face cream/gel which is completely non-oily and wouldn’t make me look like a sweat pot in a matter of few hours. Recently, I came to know about this L’Oreal Grape Seed Hydrating Gel and of course, I picked it up to rescue my oily skin throughout the day. Let’s read on to know how it fared for me.

Packaging:
This comes in a absolutely gorgeous packaging. It is a metallic magenta glass tub with screw lid in same colour. It look like a giant piece of ruby sitting on your dresser. All the information is mentioned on the outer cardboard box. I must say that the packaging was sturdy enough for me to carry it in my check in luggage from Singapore to India. There is also a white lid under screw lid to prevent any spillage. Not really travel-friendly due to its weight, but yes, if you don’t mind the weight of glass bottle, its good to carry along.

My Experience with L’oreal Paris Hydra Fresh Anti-Ox Grape Seed Hydrating Mask-In Water Gel:

As I already told you, I purchased this because my skin is super oily and it gets shiny in few hours. I was looking for something which would mattify my skin while hydrating it as well. I have used L’Oreal Hydra fresh before and I loved it completely. That’s why I didn’t hesitate even once while picking this up. It has a very similar consistency compared to Loreal hydra fresh.

It glides super smooth on the skin and does not leave it oily even a little bit. This 50 ml tub lasts for whole summer season for around 4-5 months when used daily. You only need a pea size amount for whole face and half neck. It does work on what it claims and I completely love this product. It is great for summers when you don’t have to nourish your skin using greasy creams.
