L’Oreal Paris Hydrafresh All Day Hydration Supreme Emulsion
Hey girls,
Bored of using moisturizer? Looking for something lighter than a light moisturizer? An emulsion would be the perfect solution. I was actually looking for a emulsion as it’s more lightweight than moisturizers and I’d happen to go back to this. Since it’s my second time, I thought I’d tell you how it went down with this product. Read on and enjoy! 😀

My Take On L’oreal Paris Hydrafresh All Day Hydration Supreme Emulsion:
To start off, it’s got a smooth, watery texture. It isn’t firm at all but it doesn’t slip and slide which makes application easy. When I first dipped my finger in, it felt really thin. When applied on my face, it had a cooling effect which would help with bringing my skin temperature down and it was easy to spread and blend on skin.
This emulsion is meant for normal to dry skin. After application, my skin feels soft, supple and hydrated. All day hydration? It does as it says, my skin is hydrated through out the day and I won’t suffer from dry, flaky skin.
Some may not like applying emulsion or find it a fuss to apply skincare products before makeup in the early morning or just in general but with this, there’s no fuss at all. This product is absorbed by the skin very quickly and here’s the thing, it dries fast too. You won’t have to wait in agony or boredom for it to dry.
If you’ve got dry patches on your skin, this probably won’t help. But this is a good product to maintain your skin and use on good skin days. Why? It’s lightweight. Even if your foundation feels heavy, this emulsion won’t feel heavy at all. It like a super thin coat that seals in the moisture all day long.
However for those whom dislike scented products, this is scented. It isn’t heavily scented but it has the scent that most L’Oreal Paris skincare products. It’s a very pleasant scent and you would probably find me weird but sometimes I like to just sniff it a little. I do know that when it comes to scented products, some tend to shy away from them as it may break you out but no worries, it doesn’t cause breakouts. I’d had no breakouts, irritation, redness and tingly feelings on my skin after using this. Packaging wise, it’s tiny, attractive and minimalistic but not ideal for travelling. Why isn’t it ideal? The container is actually made of glass and if it broke, it wouldn’t be pretty and your bag would probably be a huge mess. Although you can always just transfer a little to a travel container and you’ll be good to go.
