L’Oreal Paris has launched a new range called the ‘Hydrafresh Anti-Ox’ and currently they offer a face wash and a hydrating balm in this range. I picked up the face wash for my winter skin care regimen. Let’s see how it fared.

My Experiment with L’Oreal Paris Hydrafresh Anti-Ox Grape Seed Hydrating Creamy Foam:

L’Oreal Paris Hydrafresh Anti-Ox Creamy Foam comes in a pretty, white tube with a pink flip cap that secures the product perfectly. It looks nice and is travel-friendly but available only in a single size. It is a bit pricier than other face washes but the price is justified since the product is from L’oreal Paris.

This cleanser has a nice pink medium creamy texture which blends easily. A coin sized amount is required to create a good amount of lather. It spreads so smoothly on the skin. Actually, the texture does not look like foam but it creates nice creamy lather. It is also quite easy-to-rinse as well. The face wash cleanses my skin deeply and pulls out dirt and impurities from the pores.

It is very effective as it cleanses the skin perfectly. It makes my skin fresh and deeply cleaned hence it looks brighter as well. I really like its cleansing power. It also removes excess oil from the face and makes the skin oil-free without making it dry. Now, this face wash is rich in grapefruit and its powerful antioxidants. Therefore, it helps to keep the skin naturally healthy.

Its creamy lather protects the skin from dryness and provides deep nourishment. I have oily skin but my cheeks feel dry during winters, so this face wash effectively makes them soft, smooth and hydrated. It treats dryness, and after washing my face, my skin feels well-moisturized and the moisturization lasts throughout the day.

I am not a fan of foaming face washes but the Anti-Ox formula makes it a different product for all skin types. In fact, it suits my sensitive skin too. My skin never feels stretchy or patchy and the face wash definitely provides freshness to it. It claims to remove makeup as well and it cleanses normal base makeup. But, it is not as effective on waterproof makeup or shimmery eye makeup. I always prefer to use a separate makeup remover to clean my makeup properly.

Overall, I really like this creamy foam for winters. It makes my skin clear, soft, smooth and healthy. I really like its cleansing power and antioxidant formula.
