I’ve had a liquid liner in my kit for as long as I can remember. Many of you might agree with me, nothing makes an eye pop more than a nice flick of eyeliner. The preferences of an eyeliner depend upon person to person; some like it shiny, some matte, some thin and some thick and a very few percentage of women don’t like rich black liners.
I always keep a liquid liner with me irrespective of how many gels, pencils and powders I have because its travel friendly, allows quick application and can fit in my jeans pocket 🙂

Shake well before each use. Glide tip along outer lash line, pressing lightly for thin line and increasing pressure for thicker line. Replace tip in ink well to remoisten if desired.
For a delicately thin line: Using the tip of the applicator, draw a thin line along lash line from inner corner of eye working outwards.
For a more bold eye look: Using the tip of the applicator, draw a thin line gradually widening the line by angling the tip from middle of lash line to outer corner, flicking up at end of lash line for a “cat eye” look.
My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner:
This is actually my “reserve supplies type liner.” I feel safe when I have a liquid liner tube with me especially when I’m out. While this one is no crave-worthy, its still a great bet. I love the applicator though. Even though its a felt tip, its flexible and that helps a lot when doing winged liners and all.
I’d just sum it up in points:
Pros of L’Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner:
- Applies evenly.
- Comparable to Art liner by Lancome.
- Stays for 5-6 hours even without a primer. I apply it a lot while running to Walmart/Target.
- Does not smudge.
- The applicator is so good, I even use it with my gel liner, I’m saving it for sure 🙂
Cons of L’Oreal Paris Lineur Intense Felt Tip Liquid Eyeliner:
- I thought its a bit expensive.
- Pigmentation is not so good.
- Is a bit sheer and requires multiple coats.
I have a “like” – “like not” thingy with this. I’d recommend this one to a beginner though because you can apply easily with the brush, but there are better liners in the market. I used to love the Lakme jewel liner, it just didn’t budge 🙂
I’d give this one a 3/5.
