Hope you all are doing well, today, I am reviewing Power Moisture Rush Hair Mask by L’Oreal Paris.

Story behind purchasing this product:

I love buying herbal and organic products for my hair and skin care, but one day I was doing my weekly grocery and saw this hair mask and somehow felt I should try this because the packaging says it is a paower moisture hair mask. I purchased it because I had to finish off my Burt’s Bees Super Shiny Grapefruit and Sugar Beet Shampoo, and I needed a super moisturizing conditioner or serum in combination with that shampoo as it makes my hair too dry.  Also, I always struggle to remove tangles after using this shampoo.

Product Description:

It is an advanced hair care treatment with hyaluronic.  The packaging says that it gives up to 10X more moisture, hydrates and softens dry, dehydrated hair. It locks in intense hydration without weigh-down. It transforms dehydrated hair into silky, soft and manageable hair.

Ingredients:

The key ingredients are hyaluronic acid and arginine (moisturizers). Packaging shows these ingredients specifically.

My hair type: Natural black wavy hair.

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris New Power Moisture Rush Mask:

It is an intensive conditioning mask which is turquoise in color, lightweight, almost watery gel like in consistency. To see results, I purposely used Burt’s Bees Super Shiny shampoo to wash my hair because this shampoo dries out my hair. Then, I took a little bit of product on my fingers and I applied it midway down the hair shaft and massaged it through to the ends.  It distributes easily through hair and has a pleasant fruity scent. I kept it for 5 minutes as per packaging instructions, but because its somewhat runny, it’s important to squeeze water out of hair before applying to keep the mask from sliding off.

The formula is really lightweight and once I rinse it out and dry my hair, I do not feel any sort of heaviness or stickiness. It transformed my dry hair into silky, soft and manageable.  The most important thing that I noticed about this mask is that it provides moisture without weighing down my hair. I am very happy about the fact that it does not flatten down my hair like other conditioners available in the market. It removes tough tangles and moisturizes like crazy without weighing down my hair, keeping curls bouncy and fine strands manageable.

Pros of L’Oreal Paris New Power Moisture Rush Mask:

• Hydrates, softens dry hair.
• Removes all tangles.
• Does not weigh-down hair even after 2 days.
• Easily available and affordable.
• Makes frizzy hair more manageable.

Cons of L’Oreal Paris New Power Moisture Rush Mask:

• I don’t see any con for this product except that its not herbal.

IMBB Rating:

4/5 (-1 just because it’s not herbal). I liked it; it keeps my hair hydrated, so beauties you have to try this product.
