L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim – Intense Black Review

Winged liner is one look that is my absolute favourite and it is actually my on-the-go look! And to make the look better and better, I keep trying different kinds of eyeliners and felt tip liners are something that I cannot survive without! So, I picked this black felt tip pen from L’Oréal and I guess it is a new launch. They have launched some 3-4 shades and I am not really into coloured ones, so I planned to stick to black! Let’s read more about this liner.

My Experience with L’Oreal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim – Intense Black:

Packaging: The Super Liner comes in a basic black packaging like any other felt tip liner. It is very slim which makes it super handy and the cap closes with a click, so no worries about the cap getting separated from it. But what makes this different than the others is a grip that is fixed in the body like a pen to get a good hold. It is perfect to fit between the fingers and it totally gives a crisp and a precise eyeliner look. The felt tip is just amazing!

The tip is soft hence bends with the curves of the eyes. The tip is super thin which lets us achieve a thin as well as a thick eyeliner look.

Shade, texture and pigmentation: The shade name is very apt since it is a superpigmented eyeliner and the shade is a very dark, intense black. I get that colour in the first swipe itself. The texture is very smooth and glides like a dream, it looks glossy initially but then settles down to a semimatte finish. It takes like 30-40 seconds to dry completely and once dried, it does not smudge. But if you get messy with it for the initial 30-40 seconds, then it might get smudgy.

Staying power: The eyeliner stays intact on my eyes till the time I remove it, but it might smudge a little after 7-8 hours, so that would be the minimum wear-time. It is water-resistant but not water-proof, so it comes out with water too, but I prefer using a makeup remover so that I don’t get panda eyes. It sometimes gets a little smudgy at the outer eye corners when I create a winged line.
Other than these very minor flaws, it works perfectly fine!

Pros of L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim – Intense Black:

• Very handy and the packaging is great since it has a grip for a perfect hold.
• The tip is superthin and soft and can be used to create a thin line or a thick winged eyeliner.
• The pigmentation is intense black.
• It glides very smoothly on my eyes.
• It does not smudge once it dries.
• It creates a superperfect eyeliner look without any mess.
• It stays on my eyes for 7-8 hours which is more than okay.
• Easy to remove since it is not waterproof.

Cons of L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim – Intense Black:

• L’Oréal tests on animals.
• It smudges a little at the corners of the eyes if I create a winged liner.
• Might look pricey to some.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend L’Oréal Paris Super Liner Perfect Slim – Intense Black?
I absolutely loved it but I think Maybelline colossal liner works equally well, at least for me, so I would stick to that for regular use. I surely recommend it as it is probably one of the best felt tip liners that I have used.

Conclusion:
I am really impressed with L’Oréal since they keep launching new stuff which makes me stick to this brand for makeup!
