Today, I’ll be reviewing a lippie that has been on my wishlist forever! As soon as I got the opportunity to purchase it, I did not think twice and just grabbed it! Let’s see how it fares!

Product Description:
Transform lips from ordinary to extraordinary. Color is richer, lip surface is smoother and shine is magnified. Formulated with precious micro-oils and rich color pigments. Extraordinaire provides the ideal balance of color and care for perfect lips. The unique soft-touch applicator allows for a silky-smooth, gliding application. Use the wand to apply starting in the center of your upper lip. Work from the center to outer edges of your lips, following the contour of your mouth. Then glide across the entire bottom lip.
My experience on L’Oréal Tangerine Sonate Colour Riche Extraordinaire Lip Color :
Packaging: Being so pricey, it doesn’t come in any outer packaging. It just comes in a classy gold body with an orange chip to indicate the orange contents inside. The bottom too has a similar orange thing that displays the shade name and number. The golden body attracts a lot of thumbprints and has a mirror effect to it. It also comes wrapped in a plastic that has all the ingredients mentioned. But in my excitement I tore it off before clicking the pictures! The rectangular shaped bottle is tiny and handy. It has a doe foot applicator which distributes the product evenly on the lips. I find the packaging minimal and classy. But there should have been some outer packaging too!
Color/Pigmentation: the name itself indicates that it is orange in color. And I must say it’s a gorgeous shade of orange. I absolutely love it. It looks a bit pinkish on my lips, almost like coral color, but none the less, it is a gorgeous shade! It would definitely suit all skin tones and how! It has some gold shimmer to it which looks very flattering on the lips. It doesn’t look even a tiny bit gaudy. I love to wear this lip color on its own but you can wear it on top of a lipstick as well. The pigmentation is buildable. You can wear it sheer or bold.
Texture: The texture is so smooth and creamy. It feels like you applied something really luxurious and expensive. Suddenly you feel glamorous, really! I wore this on my birthday for the first time and I loved how it felt on my lips. It moisturizes my lips as long as it stays and even when I removed it, my lips did not feel dry. I really love the texture. It isn’t sticky but it’s really soft and creamy. It makes you lips look a bit plump and juicy!
Staying power: It has a comparatively low or average staying power. The shine fades with a meal but the color stays on your lips. It stayed on my lips for about 4-5 hours with fading. I expected a little more staying power out of this one!

- Average staying power
- Expensive!

I really cannot bring myself to deduct points for the staying power as the shade and texture make up for everything!
Final Verdict:
If you want to indulge yourself into something luxurious but do not want to spend too much, this product is it!
