You can read my numerous Lottie London brush reviews on IMBB (Kabuki Babe Brush, Tan Time Brush, Contour Queen, Buff and Blend Brush). This is the last one of the lot in the big brush category. This brush is rounded enough for powder as well as blush application. The powder brush from Lottie London is bigger in size than this one, but if you own this blush brush, it can serve the dual purpose of powder and blush brush. Read on for more details:
- Add a perfectly flushed pop of colour to cheeks with this precision blush brush.
- Super long loose bristles allow for the perfect amount of buildable colour.
- Ultra soft bristles.
My Experience with Lottie London Make Me Blush Brush:
This brush has the cutest purple handle to it. The bristles are matched to the body of the brush. Since the body is wooden, I would recommend not keeping it damp for long. I have washed it twice, there was no color bleeding or shedding of bristles. This has been the case for all my Lottie London brushes.
The bristles are synthetic and round. The top is rounded too but due to the flat packaging, the shape has gotten very flat. After a few washes, I have tried to maintain it to a rounder shape.
The bristles feel very soft, as the brand claims. It does apply blush well, but it can be too big for many faces.
It can disperse the product more than you need. In that case, this becomes the ideal brush for powder too. It can multitask like the contour brush if you squeeze it with your fingers and apply to the jaw line and hollow of the cheeks.
Overall, this is a good brush to own and it can multi-task, being big enough for powder. If you are looking for a lighter or pin-pointed blush application, then this brush may not appeal to you.
Pros of Lottie London Make Me Blush Brush:
- Pretty brush to own.
- Soft bristles.
- Works great for blush products.
- Works great for powder products too.
- Does not shed, the color does not bleed.
Cons of Lottie London Make Me Blush Brush:
- Some may find it too big for blush application.
- The packaging just squishes the round shape into flat :/
