Lotus Herbals Kera Veda Hair Roots Active Herbal Tonic

While shopping with cosmetix.in, I picked up a few products randomly and Lotus Kera Veda hair Roots Active Herbal Tonic was one of them. I have been suffering from chronic hair fall problem for quite some time, so I thought of just giving this product a try, since it claimed to have all herbal and ayurvedic ingredients like amla, camphor and arnica. Also, the prices were slashed down, so I was all the more tempted to try it. Let’s take a detailed review of the same:

Product Being Reviewed: Lotus Kera Veda Hairoots Active Hair Tonic.

Second

Ingredients:

Each 10 ml contains:
Amla Extract 0.6ml
Arnica Extract 0.5ml
Horse Chestnut Extract 0.5ml
Kapoor 0.2ml
Rosemarry Extract 0.2ml
Distilled Water 8.0ml

Packaging/Price/Quantity:
INR 195 for 60 ml. However, I got the same for INR 165. It comes in a very strong, probably double-glass bottle with a dark green coloured twist cap. The packaging is more of a perfume type than a normal hair tonic type. I must add, I am quite impressed with the bottle and it looks classy and elegant to me.

Third

My Take on Lotus Herbals Kera Veda Hair Roots Active Herbal Tonic:

I have been using this tonic for 25 days now and I do notice a reduction in my hair fall :yahoo: Well, the hair fall hasn’t stopped altogether, but yes, it has been considerably reduced. I apply a small amount directly on to my scalp and massage for 2 minutes. The hair feels wet through the application, but dries out within 5 minutes. The fragrance is exactly the same as Limca cold drink 😆 So, I feel fresh while applying it and I look forward to using it. Although, it seems to be a yellowish liquid, but when taken onto the palm, it is quite a transparent liquid with just a hint of yellow. It does get absorbed in the scalp within 5 minutes during the massage only. The consistency of the liquid is the same as that of water, quite runny.

An important thing worth mentioning here is that along with this hair tonic, I am also eating amla regularly and drinking the concoction of aloe vera and amla juice by Baba Ramdev. These supplements have further helped to reduce my hairfall.

Overall, I am happy with the results and those of you who are looking for a product to combat hairfall, please do try it along with the oral supplements which I have been taking.

Fourth

Pros of Lotus Herbals Kera Veda Hair Roots Active Herbal Tonic:

1. Quite effective in combating hairfall problem.
2. Very classy packaging.
3. Fragrance of the tonic is very fresh unlike other medicated serums or tonics which smell bad.
4. Quite reasonably priced as a small quantity is enough to cover the scalp.

Cons of Lotus Herbals Kera Veda Hair Roots Active Herbal Tonic:

Hasn’t been very effective in dealing with the dandruff problem. Could not think of any other con :methinks:

Will I Repurchase?
Yes, I will
