Lotus Herbals Keraveda Hennapura Shampoo

Lotus Herbals Keraveda Hennapura Shampoo

I had used the Shahnaz Forever Shampoo for like 5-6 months and the last time I went to get a new bottle, I couldn’t get the same shampoo because every place I went they said it was out of stock and I didn’t order it online because it would take at least 2-3 days for the parcel to reach and in the mean time, since I ran out of shampoo, I picked up the Lotus Herbals Keraveda Shampoo and here’s my take on that.

My Experience with Lotus Herbals Keraveda Hennapura Shampoo:

There are 4 types of hair cleansers manufactured by Lotus Herbals- (i) Lotus Amlapura Shampoo (ii) Lotus Soyashine shampoo (iii) Lotus Soya Smooth Shampoo (iv) Lotus Neem Active shampoo. The Amlapura shampoo comes in a yellow-colored bottle with a green flip cap. The color of the shampoo is pearl yellow and the texture is neither runny nor too thick. According to Lotus Herbals, this shampoo is suitable for Normal to Dry Hair.

Lotus Herbals shampoo

This shampoo has a mild fragrance and after wash, the hair smells nice and doesn’t seem to be overtly scented. In spite of me diluting it, it still produces a nice lather and rinses off easily. It is a 220 ml bottle and it lasts for like a month-and-half for me (I have waist length hair). I usually move my fingers in a circular motion for at least 5 minutes on my scalp and rinse with cold water. This loosens the flakes and dead skin cells and gives a squeaky clean feel.

Pros of the Lotus Herbals Keraveda Shampoo:

• Cleanses the hair well and removes all traces of dirt and grime.
• Makes my hair manageable and doesn’t make it frizzy.
• Haven’t experienced any excess hair fall except loss of a few strands as part of the normal shedding.
• No over-whelming fragrance.
• Doesn’t make the hair tangled.
• Reasonably priced at Rs. 155 for 220 ml.

Cons of the Lotus Herbals Keraveda Shampoo:

• The flip cap is too tight.

Will I Repurchase?
Yes, I will.

Will I Recommend?
It works for me because I have dry hair with oily scalp, but if your scalp is extremely dry, I wouldn’t recommend this.
