Lush Stepping Stone Review

Another cute Lush product for Lush lovers. Feet are neglected by most people including me, so I included this when I ordered a few other Lush products.

My Take on Lush Stepping Stone:

Whenever I buy a Lush product, I go searching on the net to know the best possible ways to get maximum benefits out of it. So, I am  writing this review along with how I used this product with pictures (pics courtesy my mom :P).

This is a green baby foot shape bar. It smells very citrusy/lemony and fresh. The bar is very soft.  It is so soft that I have to keep it in a box.

So, as seen in the pictures I am using a pink tub which is a little bit smaller than my feet as I have big feet (size 40), but I had to manage.

I took a small chunk off the bar onto my hand and added a few drops of water.  It started melting with bubbles rising, just like when Eno or Disprin is mixed into water.  Then, I quickly rubbed it on my foot gently for a minute and repeated the same on other foot. Then, I poured a lot of water into the tub and soaked my feet in it for 5 minutes. Then, I pat dry with a towel.  My feet were very soft and moisturized and there was no need to additionally moisturize them.

The bar looks big, but since it is very soft, I need a big portion for a single use, it won’t stay long, still I think this will last for 15-20 times if I use it wisely.  I will use this once a week.

The other option is to simply use it when bathing, if you don’t have a lot of time like me, best use this in the bath tub.

Be careful when you are adding water into this, as a little extra water will melt it away completely.

Overall, it is a moisturizer for feet and I don’t think it does anything extraordinary, and yeah, as Lush says, it works on toes too. My mommy liked it more than I did.

Pros of Lush Stepping Stone:

  • Softens, cleans, and moisturizes feet including rough toes.
  • Natural ingredients.
  • Cute packaging.
  • Inexpensive.
  • Smells very fresh.

Cons of Lush Stepping Stone:

  • Too soft and grainy bar, so have to be careful.
  • If use my way, its messy.
  • It has to be stored properly.

Final Verdict:

I will buy it again definitely and recommend this to girls who love to explore Lush products.  Otherwise, those who have very rough feet or toes, I can’t say much because I think this is not a foot treatment.
