You are blessed when your boss pushes you to try new trends in makeup and I am so proud to have one 🙂 I got this brow liner a while back and I have been hooked on to it ever since. Read on to know how it fared for me.

My Experience with MAC Deep Dark Brunette Veluxe Brow Liner:

The packaging is simple and effective. Though a sharpener is missing, but I really do not mind as having a spoolie is more important in my opinion. The outer paper carton has all the required information about the product. Though the cap does not shut with a click, they have never opened up in my makeup pouch; so they are easy to travel with.

The texture of the liner is very much like the velvet-powder matte lip colors; it’s creamy but not gooey, there is a lightweight feel to it. This pencil has the same texture where it shows up color from the very first stroke, but it doesn’t sit on the skin like eyeliner. I really like the velvety smooth texture which is super easy to work with. The shade “Deep Dark Brunette” is described as a dark dirty chocolate; it has some cool tone to it. It looks absolutely natural on my brows and that is why I like over normal black/browns. My brows are full but filling the gaps adds more dimension to the look, it never looks OTT and that is the best part about it.

The staying power is worth mentioning as it doesn’t come off on its own. You need an oil-based makeup remover to completely get this removed. If you live in a humid area and have sweaty-oily skin, fret not; this is not going to move, and would not create a mess. It might fade considering the oiliness of the skin or the sweat, but it won’t wear off. I am super impressed with the product but the price is high but again it is MAC!
