You should buy this and send it to me 😀 😀 😀 Ohhhh I love these..and I have no problem at all with shorter handles…errr…these do have shorter handles, don’t they?
They do but not so small that you can’t work with them. 🙂
yes yesh! I’ll send them to you on June one. 😀
Nooooooo..i mailed you….check check
Ya they r super cute.. but Rs.4000!!!!!
Aarthi, a little confusion. 🙁 The face and brush kit are separate- they are 4000 each… Which means 8000 for both the kits.
😯 😯
yeah thanks to Rads. She wanted to pick these up so I called up MAC to hold the set and they then made it clear that each was for 4k. 😯 :pain:
so Rads getting it now?
No she is not.:)
If you buy all these 9 brushes from MAC,the minimum would come to 1100* 9= 9900 😀 😀
And that’s the minimum. I think MAC 187 is for 2200 or something. 🙂
MAC 219 is for 1400/-
omg!! rati are all the 9 brushes for only rs. 4000/. i cant believe it..super cute..cnt make out the size thgh..
These are shorter than the usual brushes. The size is somewhere between travel size brushes and regular ones.
and 9 brushes are for 8000/- so sorry for the confusion. :((
Rati ,
How abt a blog sale ?
I already have a list of goodies you have which I can buy anyways(no matter how many times they are swatched/used).
If I buy them of the slef I would go bankrupt 🙁
err…. smita not planning anything soon. 🙂
Great brushes, but i guess getting that Sigma set would be smarter value wise speaking…
Rati whenever you make their review can you please tell also all details on how getting them? And if its worth giving the MAC brushes a second thought, for now if getting the Sigma set?
I will do that for sure, Deb. A lot of people want to know the same thing. So I promise I’ll do the detailed review. 🙂

I have to say that I am not impressed of the SH (short handle) brush sets MAC launched the last years. And I am not the only one, reclamation on the SH quality is ordinary, the quality got inacceptable,. The last really good quality brushes released in a SH-set were from the Style Black collection – execpt of the single SH brush in the FaFi collection. You cannot compare the quality with the LH (long handle) brushes from MAC any longer, very disappointing. :-X
Thanks for this bit of info Tatjana..But i did like the quality of the brushes. They looked fine and were very soft. Yeah since I am not aware how they would stay after using and regular usage so i can’t comment much. ..The only thing I could say as of now is that these are expensive and if you are paying 8 k, you’d rather pick up individual brushes as per your liking and usage. 🙂
Loved the short handles, they were so cute for travelling and I still have the Style Black collection SHs and a few more from other collections.
The posting was not meant to be a fun-killer at all … but you can browse the net on the SH and you read similar oppinions everywhere. I can imagine about the brush set prize comparing to the income in India, they are rarely cheap for people here. So it is very frustrating to see the brushes loosing brissles from second/third cleaning/washing. Maybe they worked on the SH quality since there were lots of reclamations on the last collections, I don´t know. The last SH collection was as bad quality as the one before.
Oh no, Tajana. i didn’t take your review in a bad way. I am glad you wrote it, it would be useful for people who were planning to buy these brushes.
And when it comes to MAC brushes, everyone expects quality. And shedding is not acceptable at all. So thank you for mentioning this. 🙂
8000 bucks fr the brushes alone……………..i dnt think i can spend that much on rushes alone………
I agree, SHilpa. these are quite expensive…
