MAC Eye Kohl Prunella Review

I was bored of using black pencil eyeliners and thought of getting a colored eyeliner. I was at the MAC store, and thought why not grab one from there, and that’s how I chose MAC Eye Kohl Prunella.

My Experience with MAC Eye Kohl Prunella:

As with all eye pencils from MAC, this too has the same packaging with a pink cap and MAC engraved on it. “Prunella” is a dusky plum color that turns out very gentle as liner while still helping the eyes to pop.

This eye kohl glides very smoothly and softly on the lid as well as waterline. It’s easy to sharpen and apply. It also blends smoothly and can be used as a smoky eye look. It gives a very natural look, different than those regular black kohls.

“Prunella” doesn’t make the eyes look dark like typical black eyeliners. It does last long, for about 5-6 hours, might need a little warming up before use. It is a little on the expensive side for a liner but I feel the price is fair because like most MAC products, the quality is good and you get a fair amount.
