I remember I first saw blue eye liner on a gorgeous cousin of mine from Mumbai, since then I have loved blue and black liquid liners, then the gel liner revolution came and there was no looking back, the USP of gel is that it stays on and on, no peeling cracking and it is highly pigmented and easy to work with. Having said that, it can be unforgiving as well.
MAC has 6 fluidline gel liners from the permanent collection and I own 4 of them, I thought I will compile a collective post whereby you can choose which ones you need out of the 6, all 6 are awesome and complete you collection, but basic black and blue are a must. Read full reviews below:

I love the glass packaging they have which could be a little heavy though. The SA at Pune also told me not to keep them open for fear of drying them up. So far so good, my Blitz and glitz and rich ground arealso going strong.
The texture of course is buttery and creamy, take little at a time.Needless to say, you need a brush of your choice for this one, I like bolder eye liners hence use this with a flat brush, you could also play it down with a thin eye liner brush.
The shade has some mild gold to it but it is really not visible, you can call it a matte blue, or may be a sheen blue but not really a shimmer blue, the color is gorgeous in terms of the blue it is, the texture of course is to die, but honestly I was hoping for it to be even blue-er, i thought it would be like an opaque blue but to build it to that, I need to layer it on.It might be my only issue with this one.

Waveline is no doubt my Favorite from the blue liners, I have ever used, it stays on and on and you can built it too, gel liners are everyone’s fav and MAC has all the essential 6 shades and hence you need them all, You can use these as a gentle eyeshadow base too.

Blue liners add a lot of sophistication these are my next fav to blacks and for me blacktrack and this one are must-haves, and so is blitz & glitz with a mild gold sheen to it.take your pick.
Last word:
It is everything you need from a blue gel liner, asking it to be more blue would be greediness, the lasting power is the cherry for me, make sure to replace the cap back soon to avoid the product drying up soon. blue eye liners are a must, and having a blue “gel” one makes it so much fun.

they dont smudge at all after setting they set in likes seconds
