Hello IMBB readers, today I’m going to review my very first lipgloss from Mac. It is Full For You plushglass. I was looking for a lipgloss which would complement the saari I had to wear at my friend’s reception. The saari itself was very bright and I have super dry lips so I wanted something that would not look over the top and would time hydrate my lips very well. I went to the MAC outlet at The Great India Place in Noida and there the MUA suggested me Plushglass in Full For You and trusting her blindly I bought it.

As per the site:

Sheer lip colour with a pearlized high-shine gloss finish. Comfortable to wear: lush, multi-dimensional. Gives a cool-warm, vanilla buzz to the lips. Moisturizes, soothes and visibly plumps the lips to make them look luxuriously healthy and well-conditioned. Contains vitamin E for added environmental protection. Ultra cool pink with silver pearl.

Price:

Rs 1050 for 4.2ml / 0.14 fl oz

Now the price is Rs 1400

My Experience:

This plushglass is on my HG list. It is a sheer lip gloss with high luster containing silver and subtle gold shimmer. The gloss has a pink tint. My lips feel and look very smooth and soft after application. Initially, the tingling sensation scared me a bit as at the back of my mind I was like “I hope it is not reacting”. Thankfully there was no reaction and now I’m a fan of this plumping gloss and love the tingling sensation. This was my very first experience with a plumping lip gloss. I love its vanilla fragrance and I find the gloss to be sticky.

Swatches:

In the first swatch I’m wearing the Full For You Plushglass over my bare lips. In the second. swatch I have applied it at the top of soft brown colored matte lipstick.

Pros of Mac Plushglass Full For You:

• Highly moisturizing.
• Lovely vanilla fragrance.
• Highly lustrous.
• Can be worn alone or over any other lip color.
• Makes my super dry lips look really smooth and soft  ( I applied it without treating my lips).
• Will suit all skin tones.
• I like the fact that it is not pigmented as it gives my lips the freedom to feel smooth, soft and hydrated with any lip color of my choice.

 Cons of Mac Plushglass Full For You:

• Its stickiness.
• Price.

I have purchased many glosses but never came across any gloss till date that made my lips feel ultra smooth, soft, and hydrated for a long time. Even when the shine has gone my lips remain soft without any flakiness which I have experience earlier with many other glosses
