Habitually I will be haunting for highlighters whenever I got for shopping. To get that radiant look, I thought why don’t I try mac iridescent powder in golden bronze?? Now I love this product like anything. It’s my go to product of this month. Fine let’s go into the review of MAC Iridescent Powder In Golden Bronze.

Product Claims :
“Iridescent Powder is a finely milled mixture of Mica and pigments which gives the skin a beautiful sheen. It can be used on its own or mixed into other products like foundations or moisturisers to enhance their iridescent qualities. Designed to apply easily and uniformly without streaking and caking, it blends beautifully and can be applied on bare skin or over foundation. Because it’s so concentrated it should be used sparingly at first. Apply Iridescent Powder with #129 Powder/Blush Brush for the desired effect.”

Ingredients:
Isostearyl palmirare, caprylyl glycol, hexylene glycol, phenoxyethanol [+/- mica, titanium dioxide (ci 77891), iron oxides (ci 777491, ci 77492, ci 77499), blue 1 lake (ci 42090), carmine (ci 75470), chromium hydroxide green (ci 77289), chromium oxide greens (ci 77288), ferric ferrocyanide (ci 77510), manganses violet (ci 77742), yellow 5 lake (ci 19149)] {iln29915}.

Mac iridescent powder in golden bronze. (Golden brown with bronze shimmer)

Mac iridescent powder in golden bronze costs AED 121. It’s easily available in all mac stores. It comes in a net weight/ Poids net of 12g/0.42 US OZ e. I got mine in Burjuman MAC store.

Packaging:

It comes in a cute packing. I like the logo of MAC. Well it’s like a regular loose powder packaging. It has a sifter holes in it as you pick up less product. It comes with a sticker in it. Once you lift the sticker the product comes out. Always place the sticker back once you finished using the product because the powder will come to the first layer of the jar. Then once open you will get more fall of. So I always recommend you to place the sticker back. There is a huge amount of product in the jar. So it will last for a long time. I think it’s not ideal for travel. We should take more care if you take it for travel. I normally like to use stick or pressed powder, as it will not get messed up.

My thoughts in MAC Iridescent Powder In Golden Bronze:
I love love love this product. Very very easy to apply and blend. It’s perfect for summer. This works wonders on to my skin. It gives me an amazing glow. A little goes a long way, therefore you must be very careful in applying the product. Else your skin will look coppery. This is another product which lasts forever. It’s designed to apply smoothly without any streaking or caking, it blends wonderfully and can be applied on its own or over foundation. Because the shimmer is so fine and powder is very sheer. This is very good for olive skin tones.

Uses of MAC Iridescent Powder In Golden Bronze:
It can be used in many ways.
1) Can be used as a highlighter. Just by dusting on to your cheeks, brow bone, cupids bow, chin, bridge of your nose and forehead.
2) It can be mixed with your regular foundation to enhance their iridescent qualities. ( I haven’t used so far, because it might look too shimmery on to my face)
3) Mixing with your lip gloss or lip balm.
4) Mix it with your regular moisturizer or body lotion. It gives an awesome glow.
5) Can be mixed with your studio fix plus and spray it on to your skin.
