MAC Peachtwist Sheertone Shimmer Blush Review

Hello everyone,

The first ever high-end makeup product that I had bought was a blush from MAC in the shade “Peachtwist.” As we already know, MAC offers blushes in various finishes, but personally, I am a fan of their Sheertone shimmer blushes because they have the right amount of sheen which looks like “glow-from-within” and not over the top. I purchased this particular shade because I am more into peachy blushes rather than baby doll pink blushes. So, let’s see how this guy fared.

My Experience with MAC Peachtwist Sheertone Shimmer Blush:

MAC is known for its classy black packaging, let it be lipsticks or blushes or any other product for that matter. The outer case is really sturdy which makes it easier to travel with. I like the fact that the lid has a transparent cover which makes it very easier to locate the blush if you have a few of these MAC blushes in your collection.

“Peachtwist” is of very high quality. The powder is very finely milled. The shimmer is not at all gritty and I do not feel it ever accentuates the look of my pores. I can easily throw it on when in a hurry as it doubles up as a blush and a highlighter. Since the time I have bought it, I have not been able to put it down.

It is a very gorgeous peachy shade with the right amount of gold specks running through it. It stands true to its shade name Peachtwist. The application is very smooth and not at all patchy.

This blush is highly pigmented, so I always prefer tapping off the excess and then build it up, if required. It is so easy to use that I can even apply it using my fingers and it never goes on streaky.

I am in LOVE with this blush shade. The glow it gives just makes you look like a peach goddess. I highly recommend this shade to all my beauties out there. It has become a staple in my makeup vanity. If you are planning to invest in a good quality high-end blush, this particular shade would truly prove your money’s worth.
